The room was perfectly clean and beautiful, thoroughly enjoyed my comfortable bed. Garden view was fantastic! The staff I met were friendly. The hotel's location was stunning in the middle of jackson. What's more, it was close enough to nice cafe / restaurants / attractions.

During my recent stay at Grand Kokkod Resort, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was always attentive and ready to assist with any requests I had. Moreover, the breathtaking view of the Khao Kho fog from the comfort of my balcony was truly remarkable. The room may have been a bit pricey, but the experience was definitely worth it.
Although my stay at Grand Kokkod Resort was overall fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the resort should consider providing massage services as it would be a great addition for guests like my wife who were longing for a relaxing massage.

I recently stayed at a resort nestled in the hills of Thailand and I was truly impressed by the location. The room I had was cozy and the bathroom was spotless. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, including a tasty breakfast. The surrounding views were breathtaking, whether I was admiring the lush greenery or the misty fog.
I was disappointed that some of the advertised features were not available, such as the ability to watch Netflix or YouTube due to a weak Wi-Fi signal.

What a weekend! the view was incredible, and the staff was beyond amazing. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the attention to detail from the owners. We particularly loved the beautiful gardens and the fact that we could check in at 4:30 am despite arriving in the middle of the night.

the room was extremely spacious with plenty of high-end fixtures and fittings. the private facilities were exquisite and well-maintained. the beautiful garden area provided a natural haven of tranquility, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. the staff were professional and attentive, always on hand to help us with our needs.
As a couple who stay for long periods, we required a comfortable space to work and organize our things.

The hotel's location provided stunning views, especially from the terrace and guest rooms. The staff, especially the Japanese-speaking employee, were kind and helpful. The restaurant had delicious food and a good variety to choose from. I had a nice stay.

Absolutely loved the stunning views of the surrounding valley and the beautifully designed architecture of the building. The delicious food and friendly staff were definite highlights of my stay. , the comfortable beds made for a great night’s sleep.
There were a few negatives during my stay. The lack of proper amenities in the room, such as a working desk and closet, was somewhat disappointing.
